Empty Nest again

My son is married and living here in the same state,
My youngest daughter was living in Va, but passed away July 2nd, 2007
My middle daughter was still living at home, and now she moved to Kentucky
with her friend, and after the death of our daughter, I really do not want my daughter Shemarah away from me, so it has been very painful mthat she left!
Almost dont know what to do with myself, and Hey I have empty nest bad!

sorry to hear about you losing a daughter like that. your grief must be ading to your other feelings. its understandable that you dont want your other daughter away from you but regardless of how we feel we must let our children go and it sounds to me like you have managed that bit so your just something to occupy your time. your kids may have fled the nest but not your life and will keep in touch and come home for visits and you will get used to things the way they are but untill then my thoughts are with you and if you find any magic trick to mending the heartache of the empty nest let us all know
