{To forgive means, to Absolve from payment.
Let it go, Do away with it}......
How many times have you had a problem with someone and thought you had let it go, but the other person kept bringing it to the surface?
There was a time in my marriage, when I was the one bringing things back up to the surface.
My husband and I had some disagreements and problems between us......And I just couldn't look past them.
I remember at one time, where he said to me, {let it go Hun, forget about it,
But oh no, I wouldn't, and I couldn't.....
Of course it took time for me to gather it all up and let it go,
All that clutter that I had stored up inside.............
I couldn't do it alone, I needed nobody else but God, and when He had stepped in, and when I had gave in.......that was when things started to change in my marriage.......
I started to forgive the little things, and after that it became a habit to forgive.
If we want to walk in forgiveness, we're going to need God's aide. in the Book of John 20:22 -23 it says, { "He breathed on them and said, receive the Holy Spirit.
If you forgive anyone his sins they are forgiven; and if you don't forgive them, they are not forgiven."}
In order to forgive someone who has offended us, we must first receive The Holy Spirit.
God is there to give us Guidance, Strength, and the Ability to forgive.
As for myself, I couldn't do it alone, I needed God's help to guide me step by step........
