A song, book, movie, phrase? I am finding that with no family and support system, having my own business is hard work. What motivates you to keep going? Please be detailed.

I love Lydia's answer and I couldn't agree more! Stay positive, make a weekly goal sheet or daily whatever works for you, and keep your focus. Don't let others talk you out of it! You can do it! Best wishes!

I know this was posted a while ago but I can relate to what you're asking. What you need, when all else fails, is a "why" so compelling it basically kicks you out of bed to work your business when you don't feel like it. Why did your start your business? What was/is the passion behind it? Why is it so important for you to be a business owner? Sometimes you have to remember why you started so that you can finish. I don't know if this will help you but there have been a couple of times when I've had to give myself a good pep talk and remind myself of why I started and that I can do it.
