any home remedies for pupp the pregnancy rash i feel like crap

i have Pupp its killing me i am itchy everywhere and i am not sleeping i tried aveeno but if anyone could give me a better remedi that would be great..

My Dr. told me if it got really bad to look into getting a product called Grandpa's Tar. I don't know about any home remedies.

As for me, I had Pups for about 2 months (around my 5th and 6th months of pregnancy)... Arm and Hammer itch relief and cooling spray and Benedryl itch relief spray helped me when I had Pups (ask your Dr. before using just to be safe because I dont think I asked about the Arm and Hammer spray, I just didnt spray it on my belly). It was easier and faster to apply than the creams. As for the places it itched the worst... Arm and Hammer body powder, or even just baby powder helped tremendously when added to bra and undies, especially when needing to go out in public. It looks bad enough to be itching yourself, much less squirming because your boobs itch and you dont want to blatantly scratch them in front of everyone.

Oatmeal (Aveeno) baths did help a little but only as long as I was actually in the bath, no lasting relief. Also, just taking a benedryl every night helped but made me even more drowsy, which wasnt so bad because it meant less itch and I would just sleep most of the time from the drowsiness. Way better to sleep through the itchiness anyways.
