Concerned... Is anyone elses October baby still not teething?

my son didnt show any sign eighter untill bang there are two teeth he didnt swell or red cxheeks ar even pooy nappies all the time they jst came on day. but now he has two all the sings are there non stop but no more theeth. he got his first teeth about 4 weeks ago. 2 middle bottom

I was told by the doctors that some babies don't start teething until 13 months sometimes!

My daughter Skylee Paige was Born Oct 5th..at 6 months she got 2 teeth at once and then at 7 months she got 2 at once again..then at 9 months got 4 at once..and right now a molar has came thru so that is 9 teeth before a yr old..i was told the more teeth u get before 1 the more teeth probs she will have...i sure hope that it not true..talk about one cranky baby and alot of teething tabs.

Although the average time for first teeth to appear is around the 7 month mark this can be as early as 2 months and as late as 12 months. Find out whether either you or your husband was a late teether and that might be the answer to your riddle. At the moment though you do not have anything to worry about as it is still in the normal range. If there are no signs of teeth by his first birthday then have him checked out by a pediatric dentist but even then it is unlikely that there is anything wrong.

My daughter was born October 20. Her first tooth is just breaking the surface and the second appears to be close behind. My first daughter got her first tooth at around 7 months... Each in her/his own time!

My lo has been teething, but no teeth. I'm not worried, though - I don't mind her getting them late! My first tooth was at 13 or 14 months.

my daughter was born 1st october and only just got 2 teeth through my other children had their first 2 teeth at 6 months, my sisters son is 13 months old and only has 1 tooth, every baby is different

Hi, my daughter has only just got teeth. She had nothing till the 8 june, then had 3 teeth in 4 days. Lots of tears and grizzles and very restless night

Hi, my son was born october 5th 2009. He 8 months and he has his two bottom teeth already. They fully grown now he been teething fof a long time. I wouldnt worry every baby is diffrent and develops in there own time. xxx

My son was born 12th Oct and has been teething since he was 3 months old but he has only just in the last 2 days actually had 2 teeth break through. My nephew did not have any teeth until he was 14 months old (and then he got 4 in a week). I wouldn't worry teeth are not a sign of development so it doesn't matter when they come through - and babies can still eat food without teeth my LO does great on his solids he just bites stuff with his gums and chunks come off :-)

I know children who got their first teeth at 14 and 15 months old!!! My first got his first teeth at 3 1/2 months old, my 2nd got hers at 4 1/2 months old and my last bub has just got her first at 7 1/2 months old!! All of these children's teeth are pefectly fine, your son will get them when he is ready!! I wouldn't worry just yet!!

My daughter was born Oct.3rd and she just got her first tooth a week ago but I wouldn't worry if your son isn't teething yet. My son who is now 3 didn't get any teeth until 11 1/2 months old. The doctor said not to worry until after they turn one. All babies are different.

Jema is just now budding two teeth on the bottom but they are still deep in her gums, there is just the tip of the teeth showing.
