I started out only breast feeding but now my milk production has slowed down and I am having to bottle feed. How can I produce more breast milk so my baby girl won't still be hungry after feedings?

I've also heard that there are some type of barley supplements out there that is supposed to help. I read that it is all about supply and demand, so frequent nursing should increase your milk supply to meet babies needs, though I'm sure everyone is unique.

my dr told me every 2 hours have my son suck on my breasts whether or not he is hungry just to keep the milk up. And she also told me that if im breast feeding say 20 minutes he needs to spend 10 minutes on each breast other wise my supply will decrease

I am currently taking Domperidone prescribed by my doctor to increase my supply because it never fully came in when I was induced and then the C section, it seems to be working and my doctor also recommended eating or drinking more protein rich foods
