How can I still be producing milk 10 months after weaning?

I weaned my daughter almost a year ago, and I am still producing milk. I do not do anything to keep it going, and have tried teas and stuff to dry it up but nothing seems to help. Once every other month or so I will squeeze my nipple and a drop will come out and I freak out because I am still producing, and I will feel a let-down every once in a while too.

I am producing very little, but enough that I feel slightly engorged sometimes and will feel some pain.

Anyone else have this issue?

I'm still nursing, so I don't have that issue, but I do know other moms who continued to produce milk for 1-2 years after they stopped nursing.

Have you tried anything to get rid of the milk? Cabbage leaves, mint, sage?
