I am 34 weeks pregnant and i keep measuring two weeks large. People keep telling me that it means i could have my baby two weeks early or he will be a very large baby. Any one really know if its a problem or if i should be worried about going into labor earlier than my due date?

Ya i had a doctors appointment yesturday and they told me i just barely passed for having gestational diabetes. Which clears up alot of questions i had. I now got a ultrasound booked which makes me happy so i will know if its because of the sugar in my blood or maybe my date is wrong, or maybe he will be a big boy. But i am glad that i got some questions answered and a ultrasound booked! :)

have you gained more weight than Dr advises? or do you have gestational diabetes. I am told the same thing and i am borderline diabetic, my hub is 1.5 feet taller than me and i just have big babies, but if the child gets too large they may do a c-sec. if not don't refuse drugs! Or it could just be that they are off on your edd, did you have an ultrasound early on, the earlier the more accurate they are on your due date, it'smore accurate than relying on the date of your last period.

They could either be off with you estimated date or your baby could be tall..You should just talk to the next doctor who does your exam, since they will have you record
