Any body with suggestions on how to encourage an amost 3yr old girl back into her own bed? she had an incident where she vomited about 3 weeks ago in her cot? but she had just started crying herself to self before that? & had been doin this for a weekish? but after the big up chucking session mummy put her in a kids bed? it worked for a while? but now she refuses to sleep in her own room! so is sleeping on the floor at the side of mummy & daddys bed on a fold out lounge as it not worth getting up to her numerous times through the night! any body with suggestions pls? mummy also has a 8month old so needs to get some sleep.

Hi Debbie,
My 2 year old sleeps in her own bed now, she has for almost year. I started her in her own bed next to me for about 6 months. Then we moved and she has her own room now. I keep telling her your a big girl so big girls sleep in there own room. Its been working. She sleeps in her own bed and her own room and shes only 2!!!! Its gonna take time and it did with me keeping her in her own room at night. Your gonna have to get up and down and lose some sleep but she will get used too it. Just keep yourself in a routine. My daughter falls asleep all by herself with the door closed and a night light on . I just kept doing everything over and over again and lost sleep over it but it ended up being worth it! Let me know if anything helps!
