I'm looking for a swimsuit for my little girl. I've found a few cute ones but they are all 12 months. She's 4.5 months now. And will be 6 months when summer rolls around. Would 12 months be too big for her or would it fit her? Have any of you ladies gotten a swimsuit for your little ones?

http://www.kushiesonline.com/ they have adorable reusable swim diapers and right now in clearence under the clearence tab are swim suits for 6.99 and they will fit newborns to a couple years old

Old Navy has cute swimsuits for 6-12 month sizes also. I think adult swimsuit specialty shops carry baby suits as well.

i got the cutest swimsuit from Ralph Lauren it is for 9 months (my oct baby will be 9 months in july) it is pink with a big blue polo logo and a ruffly "skirt" on the bottom...the back has a cute keyhole i cant wait to go to the beach with her!

I found my daughter a really cute one at Kohl's that is 3-6 months and has a cute little cover up with it. Also I have found some on amazon.com

Hi I am not sure where you are in the world! But in NZ I have found bathing suits at T&T and The Baby Factory and they are from 3 mths up. I would ask the store's you are shopping at if they do stock the smaller sizes as maybe you are just missing out on the sizes your after. The 12mth size would probably just be too long in length. But babies are fine to go swimming in a swimmers nappy! :)

I got a 6 month old swim suit at walmart. I am also using re-usable swim diapers that are cute and can count as the bathing suit bottoms. I plan to be in the water a lot so this is a lot more cost effective then the disposables.
