I took both and I believe they helped! I had a natural home birth and it lasted from first contraction to holding my baby 5 and a half hours. Now I'm not saying that's normal (it's not) but my midwife believes it was because of my supplements and because I staying in good shape during my pregnancy (I'm a yoga teacher).

I would take them! Even if they don't help, they can't hurt! :-)

im 38 weeks now and have been drinking the tea 2-3times a day since 36weeks and i havent gone into labor , i looked up everything about it first , it will not make u go into labor unless your body is ready , you can actually drink the tea during your whole pregnancy

The rasberry tea actually helps induce labor, so I would stay away from it until the very end. It's really best for the baby to have them stay inside as long as possible before 41 weeks is up.

Yeah, doctors are so clinical! It can be scary, and every midwife appointment i had through my entire pregnancy was at least 2 hours long and so personal, by the time i gave birth we felt like she was family! Good luck with the rest of your pregnancy, hopefully i hear about a healthy baby boy soon!!

We did it around my vaginal opening, your hymen. I tried to avoid any getting inside for fear of infection or something (I'm totally paranoid!) haha. Just rub it on!

I bought locally harvested and dried red rasberry tea leaves. I'm sure any are fine though!! You know what else you can do, It's going to sound bizarre but you can rub oil (olive, nut, or seed) around your vagina, it will help it get lubed up to help you not tear! I had my husband do it for the 2 weeks before my due date and i didn't tear at all!

well i would have to do it a few times a day for about 5 minutes , i usually get on my hands n knees and rock back and forth and that usually doesn't bother me , lately my scar hasn't bother me so i been lucky for the past 2 weeks , hopefully it stays that way until he wants to make his grand entrance

I started taking them at 36 weeks. To get my baby into to position for birth I used to crawl around, everyday for 20 minutes! Not sure if you are able to but it really helped!

ok thanks , i bought alvita red raspberry leaf tea bags and im going today to get the evening primrose oil , when did u start using it , did it help you go in labor ? my doctor told me at 36weeks i could start doing things to help with labor and try walking and using the medicine ball to help put me into labor because they help the baby get into position , i would of loved to do yoga but i have a scar that goes down my whole stomach and most days its hard to move at all so i really want this to be over and im ready to meet my son!
