I am 40 YEARS OLD! I got remarried about almost 2 years ago and my husband doesn't have any kids. I have two teenage boys!!! My body is not the same as when I was 25 and having kids, but I am loving every minute of it even though it has been challenging!

I am 40 and just found out that I am just 6 weeks pregnant.. I had a miscarriage 2 years ago.. That baby was due on Sept 6 and this little one is due Sept 17.. Needless to say I am very concerned and scared. I pray so much I do not want to loose another baby.. I do have 4 kids and my youngest is almost 15 needless to say people think I am dumb for starting over.. I am very excited and scared at the same time. My first dr appointment is on the 26th of January.

Hmmmm I'm 34 with number 5 and 6 due on the 23rd of may, just recently had the nausea stop and i've been extremely tired to the point i can't keep my eyes open esp after lunchtime, increase in vitamins hasn't made a difference.Can be pretty scary when I'm on the road and could easily fall asleep at a set of lights if i let my body do what it wants. Silly but feels like it's my first time again, a little more unsure and anxious about everything from babies health to how big i'm going to get!! Not sure what to put down to age or twins

the first was a breeze.. this one uggg...face is breaking out also. wonderful for ll the holiday pictures! I feel like a teenager with racing hormones!lol.. Happy Thanksgiving to all.. hope you have help in the kitchen....

I'm 36, due with my second on May 7th, 2012. I feel strange calling myself an "older" Mom too!
My first pregnancy was a breeze, but this has been quite difficult. Hemmoraging for a few weeks in september, low thyroid, morning sickness all day, migraines that cause vomiting, acne....the list goes on. I am starting to feel a bit better now....hope hope! I am really exhausted with loads of work, an active 2 and half year old son, and all the usual home-related stuff to do! I'm showing earlier too.

welcome Nancy, yes i started showing at 8 weeks, now i just feel stuffed! lol today is my dated ultrasound and NT scan, so excited yet so nervous, praying everything is ok

I am also 36 due with my second in May. I am currently 16 weeks. I have a VERY active two year old, extreemly busy job and I am feeling exhausted with this one!! I started showing WAY earlier with this one. With the first I was 6 months before I had to wear maternity clothes and with this one it was 9 weeks!!

that's funny Julia cause I had eye surgury booked in october til I found out I was pregnant which was 3 days prior, soo now im waiting til next fall. I havent gotten sick just so much nausea and every time I eat im so hungry but my stomach hurts so much after, ugh! going into thee 2nd trimester Tuesday and im still feeling yuck! im hoping for a girl too but my other half he wont say but I know he's hoping for a boy! I have my dated ultrasound and NT scan on tuesday kinda nervous about that, has anyone had the NT scan?

I feel like this one is kicking me in the butt! I am way tired too. Could be because I also run after 3 little boys all day. Not any throwing up, but was very nauseated in first tri. I also have varicose veins (I was going to get surgery for them in Oct. and found out I was pregnant). So, my legs hurt! Can't wait till I find out what I am having. I totally agree with you both about a healthy baby, but really hope it is a girl.

I understand. I was 19 when I was pregnant with my daughter . So being pregnant at 36 ...lol... I had no morning sickness until about 3 weeks ago. Now the slightest smell and I am done! I have lost 10 pounds. The hard way....I just hope this passes as well cause I can't imagion this continuing. I also do not remember being this tired! lol...I'm hoping for a boy, but as long as I have a healthy baby, I will be blessed! I can't wait till I am able to feel him or her move, it will make up for all the yuck , I'm feeling.

i have a 12 yr old daughter, i would be happy having a healthy baby, gender doesnt really matter! has anyone been having a rough time, its been 12 yrs for me and man its quite a difference from when i was 24! ive been soooo sick and showing way too soon!

I will be 34 when my 4th child is born on May 18th. I have 3 boys right now, hoping for a girl. :) How about you?
