just wondering if any of the other november babies have started to walk yet? my little girl started to walk holding hands at 6 months, then for the last few has walked around the house with a hand on the wall or a chair etc. but today finally she felt brave enough to show us that she could walk across the room (i have seen her take steps before but she always would sit down if you were caught watching).

since this post she has refused to walk again, she will push her car along and cruise non-stop but to get from one area to the next, she will crawl. Brynn waves hi and bye, claps and has started to mimic the sign for 'more'. She has a few words coming (i'm about the only one that understands them except for "hi"). The hardest thing i find is that she is very tiny which makes walking with her very uncomfortable.

Emmen hasn't started walking yet..but loves to crawl fast to furniture, walker, or whatever..grab on to it to stand up..and walk around it holding on!! I can tell that he wants to walk, because evry once in a while, he lets go and stands independently then falls.

My 10 month old son likes to go as fast as he can using his little toy car thing he has. I see him once in a while let go, but then realize hes not holding on to any thing, then sit down. I think hes scared to take that first step lol but I'm thinking it wont be long!

My daughter started walking on August 21st. A day before she was 9 months. She is now running around and climbing on everything. Her toy bin is her favorite thing to climb in or on top of. The window sill comes next and then I found her on my couch a few days ago. I also care for a little boy who is 7days youngher than her and he just started walking. It is wonderful to watch them together.

my son is trying to walk without holding! he crawls up to a table, sofa, wall - and stands up and tries to walk solo...takes a couple of steps and loses balance and falls. But he doesn't give up!
it's so cute!

my daughters not she doesnt feel brave enough, she just decides to do things when she wants tho, she used to roll everywhere then decided to crawl instead and since then shes not stopped, she pulls herself up and can take steps when she does but shes not brave enough to go from there yet :).
