Pregnancy Complications

I have a slight abnormalty with my placenta known placenta previa where the placenta is attached to the uterus in the wrong position. Will be doing more ultrasounds at 30-32 weeks to see if this condition has changed any as well as right up until I have my little girl. This abnormalty is supposed to cause bleeding and cramping as the due date drawns nearer. Was woundering if anyone else has had this complication & what was done if it didnt correct itself by the time labor hit?

If you see this, leave this form field blank.

I think you feel Round ligament pain. It is a sharp pain or jabbing feeling often felt in the lower belly or groin area on one or both sides. It is one of the most common complaints during pregnancy and is considered a normal part of pregnancy. It is most often felt during the second trimester. Several thick ligaments surround and support your womb (uterus) as it grows during pregnancy. One of them is called the round ligament. The round ligament connects the front part of the womb to your groin, the area where your legs attach to your pelvis. The round ligament normally tightens and relaxes slowly. As your baby and womb grow, the round ligament stretches. That makes it more likely to become strained. If you don't mind l suggest you this link for more information .

my mum had it with my younger sister and she ended up needing to be induced because the baby was sitting on the placenta and it started to die off. but she was already to term with her so it didnt really affect the baby. thats all i know about it though.

I saw something on tv where a woman had this same thing. She had to deliver by c-section because the placenta is in the way of the baby being delivered vaginally.
