You could also try a different prenatal vitmn. Go to wlagreens.com or what ever pharmacy you go to and check out what they have for vitmns. I found an easy gelcap vitmn to take.

I switched to taking them at night, when I took them in the morning I also would get upset tummy. But switching to night fixed the problem.

They never did before I was pregnant, but now I don't know. I started taking them at night just in case they were helping with my crappy mornings. I think if your stomach's sensitive, that food with it would help.

You can take kids chewable vitamins. I don't have problems this time, but I couldn't take them with my first kid, or I would end up throwing up. The DR. just told me to start taking kids vitamins, the gummy bear type ones are pretty good lol.

I have this problem!! For the first 3 months I couldn't take them at all because they would come back up within seconds and made my vomiting issues SO much worse.

Now that the nausea has subsided to an extent I've been able to take them again but they still make me feel sick. I've started taking them with chocolate milk or a milk shake or somethin really thick (smoothie) that will also coat my stomach as they go down and it seems to be helping. I also take them later in the evening now too ... like just before bed after a snack.

Hope this helps.
