I have a girl who just turned 2. I wanted to have another girl, because I really want to have 3 kids and my husband only wants 2. Now that we know we're having a boy, I know I'll never be able to convince him to have another baby. He was ready to go get a vasectomy the day after my ultrasound. I at least convinced him to wait until Baby Boy is here and healthy before closing the door on more kids.

I always wanted a boy and my wish came true with my last pregnancy...I now have a wonderful 2yo little guy. With this pregnancy I was hoping for the same. Mommies have such a special bond with their little boys, so I definitely wanted another boy...although, I just want a healthy baby regarding of whether it's a boy or girl. Sure enough, we are having another boy! So, so lucky!

I have two sons already. I would love to have a girl but we won't find out we like being suprised. I really believe though we are having another boy. We are planing on 4 babies. and if the last one is a girl cool and happy but I really some times think it would be better to have all boys to have a two bedroom and on room really big and they all can be in the same room. but a little girl would be really cool because I would love to see what a little lady would look like from my hubby and I.

dunno what we're having, leaving it for a suprise. But I change my mind daily, I can see reasons to have a boy and a girl, but whatever we are blessed with we will be happy. Part of me wants a little boy, for my hubbie's sake and also my family's as there are no boys my generation or this one, but I also can see that having a little girl would be easier in some respects as I have no experiences with little boys and my sister is willing tyo give me all her lil girls' things. But whatever will be, will be. We can't change it now, I can't wait to meet our baby, whenever it decides to come.

We have found out we have a little boy on the way, we already have a girl who has just turned one so we are super excited! Just went out the other day and got him his bassinet. the sono guy first thought he was a girl then was like wait hang on!! its a boy! if he was another girl i wasnt allowed to buy any more clothes but now....shopping here i come!!

If I got a dime for everyone who asked if I was having twins! I don't know what I am having and won't find out until May 12th! It feels forever away especially seeing all you who know! They say it looks like twins because I popped so fast but I read it's natural with #3. We hope for a boy b/c we have 2 daddy's girls. But girls are awesome so we'll see.

Just joining the group. I presently have a 10 year old son, and a almost 2 year old daughter. My daughter is the first girl born in our families in over 37 years. I was so hoping for another girl so she could have a little play mate other than all the boys in the family! However we had our sono the 27th and it's showing 2 boys! I was hoping atleast one would be a girl!!!!

lol i know, i have two people who just recently had girls so i woulda been set, plus girl clothes kick so much butt compared to boys lol... and i wanted a girl, wanted to have two and be done... butttttt we're having another boy... i was sad for all of a second and got super excited again lol too bad all of gavin's old stuff broke pretty much and we gave all the clothes away.. we have a carseat and thats about it so i get to go shopping!! woo hoo

Oh man! It would have been nice to have a little girl, I have so many baby girls in the family and extended family already and they were all willing to give me their pink baby clothes and accessories and whatnot, but as fate would have it we are having a baby boy! The first grandson on both sides so everyone is happy. I'm happy, too. I didn't let myself have a preference until I knew for sure what he was going to be :)

I got what I wanted another boy. If I ended up having a girl that would have been great to but a boy is what I wanted. I just figured there was to many girls on my side and it's pretty even on his side for boys and girls but he already has a girl from a previous relationship so a boy is what we wished for.

We find out on May 6th at 10 am ( can’t wait). By mid-day that day we expect our phones to be ringing like crazy. The entire family is routing for a boy. I saw a baby boy in my dream and had another dream were I was being told that it was a boy.

After 3 girls, I told God I'm taking those dreams as promises :-).
With our first girl the U/C showed boy twice. Turned out it was her umbilical cord between her legs. Had to do a name change before leaving the hospital but for the clothe and other stuff she looked real good sporting them :-)

Awwww..hmmm...well, we just want a healthy pregnancy/baby. This is our third attempt....and so far so good! The doctors/specialist are all very happy!

But with that said, I think it would be easier for my husband to have a boy. He is VERY nervous about having to wipe a vagina...yep...he is scared shitless! LOL

I'm hopeing to get my 3D Ultrasound this Friday... on my last visit he said we'd talk about it this visit.. So not sure if that means simply TALKING about it, or actually doing it. I am expecting baby #2 and my husband thinks its a boy idk my maternal instinct sucks. With Our 1st I was convinced we were having a boy and and my hubby said it was a Girl. He was right with the 1st, we'll see if he is right with #2 in a few weeks. I guess he has the maternal instinct in our relationship lol. I don't really care what it is as long as its healthy, my 1st born had two birth defects and I'm hoping that I won't have to watch another newborn go through surgery.

We find out on the 27th and it feels like forever to wake a few more weeks. With my first I had a dream it was a boy and that's what I got (2 yrs ago July 4) but this time I've had dreams alternating boy and girl so I don't have any clue what to expect. I REALLY want a girl! My husband wants another boy. I would be happy with either but I would love to buy girly stuff and be able to fix a girl's hair. Can't do that stuff with a boy unfortunately. My mom is hoping I will have twins. We only want 2 children but it that were the case I would be happy with one of each. Then the hubby and I would both be happy. Crazy to hope for twins though huh lol.

I'll be happy with healthy and full term considering my complications already and in the past BUT ... we have 2 of each already but the oldest boy we don't get to have anything to do with so 2 girls and a boy in the house all the time. My XH has all girls with his current wife so my son would VERY much like to have a little brother ... and I would VERY much like to give him one!! lol ... my hubby is ok with either as long as it is healthy ... I agree with him more than my want controls me though.

I obviously want a girl, eventually, but I see my nephews close in age and playing together, ah I don't know. I want a girl but instinct is telling me it's a boy, and I was right with my first. We have a 20 month old girl and it would be so much easier to be able to use all her stuff. We're planning on having at least 4 kids, so I'm not too afraid that I'll miss out on one gender or the other. Also, my husband is terrified of having a son and he's great with our daughter. I'm sure we will very happy either way.

I just found out today we are having a boy!!!!



I was in two minds - my first is a boy and I felt it's a familiar ground and it would be nice to stick to a boy. and also I sooo don't do pink lol. But I would also loved to have a girl since my fiancee was hoping for one. He has two sons already (the older one is living with us) so a girl would finish off our family well.



But he was just as happy as me today!!!



And I'm hoping that in few years time I'll be able to have one more baby - before I'm too old!

girls clothes are these tiny pieces of material put together and are the most adorable things ever!!

I cant wait to see the expression on my sons face (who is now at 3 years) when he sees his sibling on the monitor!

But still either way i am happy, my hubby wants a daddies girl though as my son is more attached to me.

pray for me ladies i am experiencing a slight discomfort with this pregnancy.

Well i already have a little girl (she will be one in lest then 2wks!!) She is the first girl on my hubbies side in over 50 years!!! We all thought she would be a boy and were very stunned when we found out she was a girl. I thought i would be like all the others gals to marry into the family and never have a girl so im so happy that i have my little girl. so now i really dont mind what this one is (though i think its a boy) two girls would be lovely but then so would be having a little boy. i have a nephew who is three wks younger then my little one and he is such a wonderful little boy so yeah i really dont mind either way.

iv got 2 girls a 5year old and a 22month old both are mad and all over the place, i have always been a tomboy so having girls was a no go for me i never wanted a girl, i dont no wot to do with dollys, long hair or makeup. so when number 1 ws a girl i was shocked and started to worry then number 2 was a girl i wasnt so bad now we are having number 3 i dont mind they dont have pink dresses and the barbie lives in there room, i would still love a boy but tthe girls can make a gr8 mud pie,fight like a boxer and dont no wot makeup is. the only thing that is putting the wind up me is if number3 is a girl iv got to live in a house with 3 moody teenage girls.

It doesn't matter to me. I've never really "wanted" one or the other. My first was a boy, my second was a girl and now my third.....either one is fine. My cousin has 3 boys and has stopped at that. My brother in law has 4 boys, you just get what you need I'm sure. Congrats and have fun. If it is another boy, at least you are prepared, if it ends up being a girl, her closet will multiply with pink before your eyes. Enjoy.
