Maybe a Little Prince theme...
Crowns and such, royal horses (toys)..castle for a cake.....etc...

I went to one that the theme was 'self spa day'... Jointing each other facials and mani's. Which I wasn't much into. My shower didn't have a theme. My girlfriend had a very nice lunch spread and you could design baby outfits. Very simple!
