2nd pregnancy...

I didnt feel pregnant until I felt my baby move for the first time, before that it was more of an anxious anticipation feeling. "Yeah they say im pregnant, I suppose!" was my general thought process. Once I felt him kick though, I went from "Sure I guess" to "There is a baby inside me."
It was really liberating, and a huge weight off my shoulders...directly onto my hips!

My first pregnancy was a miscarriage too, I had buildup of fluid behind my uterus and was dealing with alot of stress and it ended in miscarriage. Six months later I concieved my daughter and that was a difficult pregnancy too. This time we thought we were pregnant and it turned out we weren't in feburary we got a negative test. Now here it is April and the pregnancy test came back positive 3 times lol. So I don't know I think that maybe the first pregnancy my be the bodies way of getting ready for the second or thats why I try to tell myself. I don't feel pregnant at all I'm not nauseated breast are a little tender but nothing like when I had my daughter. I could barely eat let alone move. Like I said maybe its just cause its the second time around.

I'm about 5wks pregnant and it's probly a bit early to be feeling symptoms but I have headaches frequently and need to pee more and I feel bloated like when you have your period. I don't have sore boobs and it feels weird. I'm sure your symptoms will be there eventually!! I'm not looking forward to feeling nauseus..

It sounds like you may carry the MTHFR gene. I carry that gene, so it's easier for me to miscarry than to plant a baby. My first pregnancy ended in a miscarriage. My second and third followed. My third was the hardest because I was nine weeks before I had miscarried. My fourth pregnancy I gave birth at 30 weeks with my daughter. I had symptoms with her almost a week before my missed period. I had another miscarriage, and now I too am pregnant with a son. I thought for sure I was going to miscarry him too at the beginning, because my symptoms were sporadic. I didn't have definite symptoms, (morning sickness) until I was almost 7 weeks! I know how you feel about miscarrying kids, and it is hard those first few weeks when it could go either way. You feel kind of on pins and needles. All you can do is count your blessings each day the baby stays in there and try to stay stress-free but realistic that something could happen. I hope this one sticks! :) Good luck!

I was SHOCKED when my test was positive. I KNEW with my 1st that something was up and I hadn't even missed a period yet. I felt totally fine, except breast tenderness so I was right there with you. Try not to stress.

If you aren't that far along it might be symptoms just haven't taken off yet. With my daughter I felt pregnant right away but with this one it didn't start until 7 weeks. And at 7 weeks it was like the nausea and fatigue truck hit me like crazy. I was really concerned for the first few weeks because I felt so normal, but it's been okay so far. Positive ultrasound and everything.
