31 weeks pregnant with extreme pain and croutch pain Please Help!

I am 31 weeks pregnant and I have had this extreme pain in the lower part of my back since I can remember but it has gotten worse! It has recently moved down towards my croutch area making it even more painful to move! Along with that I have been dealing with my feet and ankles swelling! When they swell they get itchy and irritated and that moves up my lower legs! Any have any suggestions on what I can do? Nothing that I have done has worked!

it more than likly has to do with the joints losening
tell your doctor asap as if it gets really bad you may need a wheel chair or crutches
it should be able to be fixed with phsio
as for the sweliing put your feet up for at least an hour a day above your heart so put something under your matress to lift it or rest your feet on a giant mound of custions on the couch.
the itching may just be from your skin stretching but if its very severe it might be bile in your blood so u need a blood test!
keep yourself cool this should help with the swelling and itching also
cut out soaps in the bath or shower as it may be irritating you

Hi, sorry to hear you're in so much pain. i have alot of pain in my pelvic area too. This is my third pregnancy and i'm now 33wks along. I've been having this pain for the last month now. It seems to be getting worse too. I dont know what to do about it. i try not to be on my feet for too long. That seems to help. I think this pain starts as you near the end of pregnancy. My doc says it's normal and that i should just rest as much as possible. hope this helps you. sorry i cant offer any advice on what to do, other than wait it out. You only have 8 weeks to go now!
