Im 32 weeks pregnant with a baby girl. I have infected kidney stones; and was wondering is it at all possible to give birth early bc of this?

I think the best person to ask about this would be your OB. They always say to follow your instincts because only mother knows best. If you feel there's something wrong, or your really worried, then the best step would be to tell your OB and exercise all possibilities. In the least he/she might be able to give you relief from worry. Tell them exactly how you feel and what you might be considering.
