I have had the same problem since about 12 weeks... Sometimes, I can't even walk and I'm required to be on my feet quite often at work. It's the sciatic nerves. It feels like they run from each side of your back to your tailbone (and sometimes into the cheeks!). I'm now 22 weeks and I see no relief in sight, but I just keep thinking, "I'm creating life... It'll all be worth it in the end..." I hope yours feels better and doesn't hang around too long, hun...

My baby was on my nerves from 12weeks all the way through! being on all fours and swaying is probably the only thing that worked, but you have to do it lots! or swimming.. they are also good ways to help baby get into a good position for birth. if you can, have a bath, helps relax your muscles and stuff! the last few weeks i was so uncomfy, but when you hold your bub you forget all about it!
