Baby Shower

Hi all..

I'm about 20 weeks pregnant with my first baby, and have had lots of my friends (most of whom are mums themselves) asking me whether I'm having a baby shower.
I know traditionally its usually a friend of the mum who organises and plans the shower but seeing as my friends now live a bit far away I'd probably be doing it myself.
Was just wondering whether anyone could give me any advice as I have no idea where to begin with it all....

Well start with a guest list and who do you want there. Do you want a co-ed shower so your bf or hudband can be there? Then set a date and time. Plan a simple menu based on the time you pick. Plan some games and prizes.
