physical therapy doesn't help I have been going to pt since 2008 due to being in a car accident that messed up a bunch of disks in my lower back and in my neck whenever it is cold or rainy I get back spasms and being pregnant makes the back act up more

Is it perhaps your sciatic nerve playing up? I had back aches and back spasms that caused shooting pain down to my feet in both legs with my second pregnancy. Mine kicked in on one side from 3 months and both sides from 5 months. The physio helped, I ended up having to go once every 1-2 weeks.
