I toss and turn all night every night.
I'm 23 weeks and hate being pregnant.
I can never get comfortable, i wake so many times through the night.
I have server pain in public bone, more so when i'm standing or sitting.
But even at night when laying down the pain is still there. The pain brings me to tears.
Can anyone help!

I wish I could help.. I had to sleep in a reclining rocking chair to ease my pain. I also had to sleep with a pillow between my knees. I hope this helps, u are not alone !

I have the same pubic pain, and its gotten worse with each pregnancy ive had! I got refered to a physio who gave me a support belt, but after so much use its no longer helping, id advise buying a support belt from a maternity shop, and try sleeping with pillows between your knees, and on under your bump, really takes the pressure off of that region!! Medically i believe it to be called "symphysis pubis dysfunction" research online it may help x

i can't really help but i can sympathize.... try lots of pillows to support every part of your body, knees feet belly back and neck/head, to try to help you get comfy... i've taken to sleeping on the couch on my left side... the back of the couch supports my back and the cushions are perfect for supporting my belly, or i've tried to sleep in the lazyboy chair, but that doesn't let me sleep on my side very comfortably... but they have these belly band support things you can get, they are like the back braces you see movers wearing, only for your belly, they are supposed to help displace some of the weight of your belly, maybe that will help with the pains in your pubic bone??
