Just wanna hear if people expereinced a shorter labour with 2nd pregnancies and whether they wewnt into labour sooner the 2nd time around?

Well, I had to be induced the first time around. With my second, the Dr. stripped my membranes and labor started that night..... But my body likes to put me through almost a week of false or preterm labor...... (Just had #3 just over 3 weeks ago) Went all natural this last time..... At a Birth Place.
Actually my last 2, I used Evening Primrose Oil to help get things thinned out......

Well my first labour birth consisted of induction at 38 weeks and 5 days, 25 hrs and ended up with emergancy c-sec coz the bub was in distressed and too big for my pelvis. to come thru the birth canal. I am all for epidurals this time but am now reconsidering trying a vbac. I will see how big bub is at the 36 week scan and go from there i think.

Hi ladies! Hopefully this will help. I'm prego with #3. #1 was 8 days late and had to be induced I was in labor for 6hrs, 6 cm dialated and doc said labor was progressing pretty nicely then ended up having a csect. due to LO one was breech. #2 was 2 days before his due date and came with no problems was in active labor for 4 hrs pushed for 15 mins and he was here. Hope this one comes faster and easier. Good luck to you both.

I see that you are due in 3 months....I am due with my second in just a little under 2, so I can't answer your question just yet, but when I do have my LO I will try to let you know what my experience is, ok? I am wondering the same things myself!!!
