I'm almost 9 weeks pregnant & my nausea comes & goes . I would feel like crap for a few days then for about 1 or 2 days, i would feel fine. Does it mean i could be miscarrying if my nausea goes away ?

It doesn't necessarily mean you are miscarrying. Many women experience fluctuations in their nausea. Part of your morning sickness may be related to acid reflux. If it is you may notice increased nausea when you eat or drink acidic items such as orange juice, tomato related foods/drinks, etc. My nausea would be really bad for a week or so, then it would go away for 2 or 3 days then come right back. Also, pregnancy symptoms fluctuate the further along you get, normally morning sickness can last up to 12 weeks, but for some it lasts the entire pregnancy. If you are like me it will stop for a few months after the first trimester then start up again in the third trimester...
Typically with miscarriage you would be experiencing stomach cramping and bleeding...
