Early pregnancy symptoms can be hard to recognize. While a missed period is often the first sign of pregnancy, there are a whole host of symptoms to look out for such as Bleeding or Spotting known as implantation bleeding, Increased Need to Urinate, Tender or Swollen Breasts, Fatigue, Nausea (Morning Sickness), and Abdominal Bloating. But you have to test it for sure to know if you are pregnant or not. Anyway, if you are TTC you should consider to read the 'Getting Pregnant Plan by Michelle Adams e-book' from http://aboutgettingpregnant.com, in my opinion after I read it, it has a lot of information about how to increase your chances of conceiving, help you understand your body, how to boost your fertility and pregnancy stuff even if you have PCOS and irregular period too. Hope it helps.

first time i was pregnant i didn't have any morning sickness or any other symptom either. this time around i get really bad headaches that lasted for days and the only way they would go away is when i actually got sick. so consider yourself lucky!!!
at this point i doubt youll get morning sickness....lucky!

I haven't felt sick at all either, this is my first and I am also 24 weeks. A girl I know is due the same week as me and she is still complaining of severe morning or really "all day" sickness so I guess it's different for everyone. We are some of the lucky few so enjoy it :)

I had NO morning sickness with my first at all...and tho I had some serious nausia early in this pregnancy...I never actually got sick. Concider yourself lucky...or blessed...whichever you believe. The women I've known who go through morning sickness are totally miserable.
