If you haven't by now, go to the ER or your Dr. depends on when you read this. You can never be too paranoid, with your health issues. MY first came 3 months early and my 2nd started trying at about the same gestationl age. MY name was on the list of, "bring her right up" if I called or showed up at the ER. I was in the hospital about 2x a week the last month. I didn't have headaches but I was constantly cramping and uncomfortable. My son was born 20 min after my first real pain THAT day, so GO! We were lucky to make it to the hospital.

I had contractions for at least a month before going in to actual labor. Just take it easy. Good luck.

Sounds like baby is just getting ready to come out, if you think something is off you can always call your OB and see if you can checked out again. But remember that your body needs to prepare to give birth so you can be feeling Braxton Hicks contractions. Do you have any baby books? If not go to your local book store and buy "What to expect when your expecting" It helped me out alot when I was pregnant with my son. I read it front to back and If i had any questions I looked them up, asked my mom, and asked my doctor. It really helped settle my nerves.

Yes it is possible, the diabetes alone makes it possible. Your OB is probably keeping a close watch on your baby to make sure that IF she/he comes early there will be no problems. Stress is not good for the baby eather so try to relax, your OB knows what to do. :)

yea sounds like Braxton Hicks contractions. Just your body getting ready for the big day. Nothing to worry about, the pressure is also normal. The headaches might be there from stress. Get as much sleep as you can and relax.

Oh boy Miranda. Im 34 weeks along now and still having bad contractions in the front. With those contractions; I get bad headaches and alot of rectal pressure and pressure "down there". But when my doctor checked me; the baby was still high up. I also get bad headaches when she makes me feel sick. So; I honestly don't know whts going on.
