how do you get rid of STRETCH MARKS??

You don't without a dermatologist. Whether or not you get them is largely genetic and a little bit rate of weight loss and gain related.

There are some oils and lotions that can help keep your skin more elastic. You also have to eat really well; lots of bright fruits and veggies, and loads of water. Keep your weight gain and loss slow.

Sorry I didn't have better news for you. But, see what your doc has to say too.

If you see this, leave this form field blank.

any product with Vitamin E is good for skin regeneration. Jojoba oil is a nice light castor oil which has a cellular structure similar to our skin so that's a nice oil to use. But like Kristin said, a lot of it is genetic. And diet and hydration can also play a big role.

They should lighten up regardless after the pregnancy and oils can help then too. Or you can just think of them as stripes of service. You're a mom, you earned those!

BIO-OIL is the greatest thing around!! I used it a little during my pregnancy (not all the time like they recommended because i have sensitive skin which was worse during pregnancy and came out with a rash from it) but after having my son i used it for 2 months twice a day and my stretch marks are basically invisible! I know heaps of people that have had the same results. Give it a go i hope it helps for you. :)

There are several differnt options out there. There is a lotion called Vita-K which I used, it didnt 'get rid' of them, but made them allot lighter an you can barely tell that they are there.
Some other things I have seen are Palmers has a stretch mark creme for post partem (I used there preventer for stretch marks while I was pregnant and it worked really good as well) This was all with my first pregnancy
I am now pregnant with number two and have been using burts bees belly balm. It has worked really well for stretch marks as well as to prevent itch. I have still gotten some however, so this time around I am going to look into the Maderma post partem stretch mark treatment.
There is also perferon, which is a tube that you can roll on. So it all depends on what kind of product you are looking for, and how natural you want to go. I hope that this helps, good luck!!
