I have noticed for the last few months I wake up at exactly 3:30am to pee, than again 6:30am than 9:30am than 12:30pm. than im usually up for the day, ive had the exact pattern for at least 3 months. Anyone else experience the same exact times every single night?

I get up to pee about every 45 minutes all night long

I only wake up once a night to pee and then I'm back in bed. I am only 4 1/2 mths though.

Yup!
Bed at 8:30, Pee at 11:40, Pee at 3:40 and then pee at 5am - then wake up around 7am
