How to figure out what baby's hair color might be?

My husband has red hair and I'm a brunette and both were blond as small children, me longer with blonde hair. He is terrified our daughter will have red hair lol. I know way back in school in science class there were gene traits we studied on the passing down of eye color and hair color through charts but that was so long ago! Does anyone have any insight on what we can expect her hair color to be? I'm personally fine with either, or would like to hope she will have dark hair with natural red highlights haha. I'm 21 weeks and 3 days pregnant with our first child =)

Seriously you never know, my best friend is italian, her ex husband was jewish, both with dark hair and dark eyes. BOTH of her sons were born with blond hair and blue eyes.

i dont think there is a fool proof way to find out until shes born....my husband has light brown hair and a red beard and was blonde as a child and i was blonde as a child and am a dirty blonde now with a little bit of red in the son and our son is very very strawberry blonde so it can go either way
