how to know exactly what day you got pregnant?

I had a normal period is September, missed my period in October, had a period for 1 1/2 days in November and no period in December. I took a pregnancy test and tested positive on 12/24/12. How can I tell how far I am.

so i heard that once implantation has began you are already considered to be 2 weeks pregnant. is that true? and im due on april 21st 2013, the first day of my last periiod was on july 8th 2012 and i foundout i was pregnant on august 12th 2012. My doctor doing an ultrasound told me that im 11 weeks and 4 days. when was my baby concieved?

An ultrasound does give a pretty good idea of conception. Although here's the kicker, sperm can survive up to 72 hours inside of you after ejaculation. So....

the ultrasound will tell you exactly how many weeks and days you are.

only if she was writing everything down (when her last period ended, when every sexual intercourse was, etc) would you be able to pin point the date. um, I'd recommend to her to stick with one guy at a time for now on although she's already in a pickle

There are websites where you can put in information on your due date/last menstrual period and they can give you an estimate. I kind of just know because in the couple days it told me I knew that one of those days we had unprotected sex and we were usually very very careful otherwise.

You could give yourself the around about date if you kept track of what day you started your period and what day it ended. For me I knew when I started my last period, when it stopped. Left town the next week (having no sex). The night I got back into town, my husband and I had sex and I just have the gut feeling that is the day we got pregnant. Had sex again a week later but don't think that was the date, cause a few days after the one sex I started to get really bad cramps like I was going to start my period and I knew I wasn't cause I just got off from having one.

sadly medical technology hasnt come that far along, there are ways to get within a week or so, but as far as im aware of theres no way to tell for sure...
