I had one ultra soind at 10 weeks and I saw the heart beat and everything. my next appointment is June 25th. Should I be worried?

Nothing to be worried about at all. Some women gain weight straight away, others not til later on and some even lose weight with all the throwing up from morning sickness. I'm 28 weeks along in my 3rd pregnancy and I've only put on 5 kgs (don't know what that is in pounds) so either I've lost weight on myself or my baby is going to be on the small side, either way I'm not worried as she is very active and healthy. Keep a healthy diet (lots of water, fruit, vegs, iron, calcium, etc) and I'm sure your little one will be fine but talk to your Dr. about your concerns if you are still worried. Good luck!

with my first i had lost 10lbs by the end of the first trimester and by the end of the pregnancy i had only gained 11lbs my daughter was 6lbs 6oz when born.
this pregnancy im almost 30 weeks and gained 8lbs i didnt start gaining weight till 20 weeks

no. Just try to eat regularly and get enough water. Weight gain isn't the end all be all.
