i dont have low iron and im always weak to! im 32 weeks. I always feel like i need to lay down or sleep even though i cant sleep beacause of all the pains. So i guess it is normal. Everytime i ask my docter he says its normal... its just the baby taking my energy so he can be big and strong. eat some fruits. :D

Sounds like maybe your blood sugar is either too high or too low ... both will cause you to feel fatigued continually. When you start feeling your lowest, eat a candy bar or a sandwich of sorts and see if it will give you a bit of a boost. If it doesn't help then I would say it's prolly just due to the strain of being pregnant. Try taking half hour breaks at least once every two hours ... where you literally don't do anything. I know it can be difficult to do this but it really can help. Good luck!
