I am pregnant and very sore and swollen down there?!?

I am currently 23 weeks pregnant and I have been very sore 'down there' and then I just noticed today that it is quite swollen. This is my second pregnancy, but this never happened with my first, so I'm kind of freaking out wondering if this is normal? I can't see my doctor for another 3 weeks so I'm not sure if I should see another doctor sooner, or is it ok. If this has happened to someone else I would appreciate some tips on how to make some of the pain go away! Thanks!

It turns out I had a bacterial infection which was causing the swelling. The soreness was just because the baby was already pushing down on my pelvis (and still is!) If I were you I would see a doctor about the swelling.

i think u should see a doctor asap cuz i dont think thats normal maybe u have a infection.
