Ok so I have been sick for about 3 days now. I am congested, I cant breathe, I cant sleep, my eyes are constantly watering, and my nose is about to break off from me blowing it so much. This is my first pregnancy so I am scared to take any type of medication.... Can someone give me advice on what I should do. I cant go on like this!!! IM MISERABLE!!!!

hi i had the flu yestherday but my proplem now is i cannot breath poperly on my right side off my body is very sore feels like my chest bone is broke iam getting a bad pain when i take a breath i dont know whats wrong with me but im thinking did my lung colapes

You should ask your doctor if you could take Tylenol cold and sinus..Sometimes they would allow you to but only to a certain extent. But it's best to ask your doctor first before desciding for yourself.

I feel your pain! I am trying to recover from a head cold myself! I have taken some basic nasal decongestant (Not sure what because I don't have them with me here at work). I also saw a chiropractor and that helped a LOT. I got adjusted yesterday evening, and last night I could finally sleep! I feel so much better. If your having sinus issues theres something in the neck that has a lot of presser or something, and they can do some adjustment that will help a lot!

My doctor gave me a list of "okay" medicine to take a few months back when I got sick. Robitussen CF is okay (make sure it says CF on it though, there are a few different kinds). Benadryl allergies is okay. Tylenol and Tylenol PM are alright for pain & to help you sleep. Don't take advil or nyquil - that stuff isn't good for the baby. I hope you feel better soon!

I don't know what you're sick with, if it's allergies Benadryl is safe, other than that I would call your OB and ask them.

I HAVE HAD THAT SAME PROBLEM FOR THE PAST COUPLE OF WEEKS. MY DOC SAID TO TAKE TYLINOL COLD AND MUSINEX. TURN THE FAN OFF WHEN YOU SLEEP AT NIGHT. RUB VICKS ON YOUR CHEST AND YOU NOSE AND SPRAY YOUR NOSE WITH SALINE SPRAY. SUTIFED IS AN OPTION TOO.
