I got a shot because of mine and my husbands diff. blood types

The shot is actually to protect the second born child. Because you and your husband have different blood types, your body will create antibodies from the first baby that you carry. If you get pregnant with a second child, the antibodies that were created have a 'chance' of attacking the fetus and causing you to lose it and possibly put yourself in trouble as well. I would call your doctor because you may be having an adverse reaction to the additives in the shot.

I agree with the reaction right after getting the shots you might want to call the dr's office and inform them.
During my pregnancy I have gotten similar red dots (and other dry itchy skin) even before I got the Rhogam shot. Sometimes that's just part of pregnancy, but if it's a reaction from the Rhogam shot your dr needs to know.

Call your doctor!!! It's a Rhogam shot. I have to have this because I also have a negative blood type. It is so the antibodies in your body do not attack your unborn baby. If your baby were to get your blood during pregnancy and/or delivery without this shot, there could be complications. That is how this was explained to me. But for the dots, you should definitely call your doc because it could be an allergic reaction!
