I'm having severe pain near only my liver or pancreas, its almost like internal bruising, is it normal? I am 12 weeks pregnant as of monday

you need to really get that checked out to make sure that you aren't having an ectopic pregnancy. Are you having a fever as well? If so, head on in ASAP.

A lot is considered normal during pregnancy. For me, that is completely normal. Cramping and even bleeding can be considered normal during pregnancy. But, if you're worried, it's always a good idea to ask your doctor about it. You can go in or just call and talk to the nurse on call.
