I just found out we're expecting again. We lost a baby in October, which was really hard for us. I am looking for a fun way to let everyone in the family know.. any ideas?

Post it on facebook lololol nah I just rang my parents, MIL, SIL and told them then posted it on facebook. We were going to announce it at the wedding but I was too excited and had to blab beforehand.

I am going to sit down with my family and say 'We have decided to renovate our household....We will be adding two feet in october' and see how long it takes for them to get it!

A friend of mine sent flowers to her mom with ponk and blue balloons with a card that said "Congratulations Grandma!"

When we had our first it was my parents first grandchild so we bought them a picture frame that had a little cute saying about grandparents or one about grandkids. They were really excited when they saw it and now they have a picture of Tanner and them in it!

ask about baby names for a boy and girl, ask what sex they would be excited about.

Have a BaByQ, it's just a BBQ for friends and family, but on the invitation put BBQ and in very little letters add the a and y. See if they can figure it out themselves. Then start pointing it out at the party

You could always wear a t-shirt that says "Bun in the Oven" or "It's a____" if you wait that long. Try announcing it at a function if that's your thing (or having you SO do it), or just quietly tell them. Maybe throw a (small) party...

Do you have an older child? We told our family on Thanksgiving by dressing our soon in a "i'm going to be a big brother" tshirt :-)
