So I just found out I'm pregnant...super happy...But I am bi-polar and I do snap of the handle sometimes (especially now that I'm off my meds) Now I question is; Is it normal for my stomach to be cramping? Am I causing it be screaming and yelling....Please help...First baby kind of confused about things....

I also have stashes of store brand icy hot (muscle rub) all over my house. This is the only thing that relieves the pain for me. Sometimes, now that I'm in my third trimester and getting heavy (lol), I put some on my lower stomach too. Helps a lot.

Thanks Kaitlin.....Now I feel a little better....I just feel like everybody around me is stupid right now...lol....I can agree with the gas....I seem to have some crazy gas right now...I am having some crazy lower back pains...Never had problems with me back before...I will take your advice on finding something to do when I feel like ppl are setting me off.....Again thanks for the help

I have horrible, menstrual like cramping during the first few months for all of my pregnancies, and with each pregnancy they got worse.
You can't help these- your uterus is undergoing a great deal of change and stretching and your organs are going to start squishing around soon, and then there's always the massive bloating, constipation and gas (and if you're me, horrid gas cramps). If you aren't bleeding with your cramps, the cramps are normal. If you start to bleed, call your on call nurse/ob.
Now, screaming and yelling surely doesn't help anything. Relaxing and breathing can only make you feel better. Know that being crazy emotional is very normal during pregnant- so it must be even more difficult for you- and that you are not alone. Everyone is stupid, no one understands how you feel, how sick, how painful, how frustrating pregnancy can be- don't let people tell you (especially men, lol) that they understand. Do let them pamper you and get things for you. Try to find a way to really focus your anger during those blow ups- for me, working out really helps (and helps my hip pains). Some people prefer meditaiton, yoga, intense cleaning or organizing, or making lists of what to get for the baby (and looking at cute pictures online- just don't look at the prices for now, lol).
