Low Blood Pressure at 32 weeks pregnant.

I am 32 weeks pregnant and have been in and out of the hospital with preterm labor. They have recently switched me from Breathine to Procardia and my blood pressure has dropped. My question is will low blood pressure cause me to feel sick and cause my legs to feel heavy?

Feeling sick -- are you feeling dizzy or lightheaded?? Legs heavy - sounds possibly like blood pooling in your legs (in which you wear special stockings) -- but if the medication is causing it to drop - i would recheck medications and def. discuss this with your doctor. Make sure you are well hydrated as well - dehyrdation can lead to low blood pressure as well - in case its not the meds.

I suggesst talking to your doc.
