Nesting? I am just wondering out all you lovely ladies who has/is nesting? I am nesting very bad! I am 33 weeks and 1 day and I have since 11pm last night scrubbed the kitchen cupoards inside and out, wiped out the fridge and freezer, dusted the whole house (inc roof and skirting boards), washed everything in site, org...anised and rearranged the linen cupboard, scrubbed the bathroom and toilet top to bottom!! its insane, I don't even spring clean lol...

I guess my question is are you or have you nested and how far along were you and when did labour follow after?

ahhhh the nesting stage is great, use it to get things done while you have the energy soon it will be gone and you will get tired again so enjoy it while it last and try if you haven't yet to get the nursery all together, I did the spring cleaning thing somewhat, I wanted it done so bad I was willing to pay to get it done, it felt great, with 2 little ones and now at 38weeks with my 3rd, I new I couldn't do it all. I did go through that phase at 33 weeks and rearranged my whole living room, dining room and play areas. So basically take advantage of the energy and try to rest still because you don't want premature labor by pushing it even when you feel great doing it, it will catch up to you.....have fun.

I started nesting about the same time as you. I had to have the interior of the house painted. Floors scrubbed, bathroom cleaned with clorox ect. Now I am 37 weeks and at it again. My poor family.

Hi, I started nesting around 5 months. I am now due to have my c-section in 37 days. nesting don't really mean anything as to when you will go into labor. Just be careful not to over due your self you can hurt the baby by doing to much or yourself! I actually gave myself carpal tunnel from scrubbing walls! Now I have so much pain in my right hand and arm it is hard to do anything. Good luck with everything and make sure to ask for help! =)
