Question about weight loss/weight gain during pregnancy.

I'm 15 weeks pregnant with my second baby and I have lost about ten pounds. I know they say that morning sickness and stuff like that can cause weight loss in the first trimester but I have barely been sick with this pregnancy. My first pregnancy I was sick all the time so I understood not gaining a lot of weight. Also, I was kind of bigger to begin with and I just made healthier eating habits like I drink more water rather than cokes and I will snack on carrots instead of chips. I have noticed that it seems like the weight is shifting to my belly though. So even though I haven't gained any weight I can still see the change in my body. Is it normal to still be losing weight at 15 weeks? And does it matter that I just don't have an appetite some days and don't eat much?

If you want to stay fit, take on some exercise programme, but don’t overdo, because it may also affect your fertility. I never know about these things before and then I started following a programme called The Getting Pregnant Plan. There are soooooo many things that are important to absorb. The content of that book is full of information that I've found to be reliable and easy to understand. Our physical bodies are a complex thing and I've learned the importance of a holistic approach by following this programme. Here is a link for you. . It will work for you as its worked for me and greatly improve your chances of healing and conceiving, so you can move toward a successful, healthy pregnancy. Let me know how you go.

With my first baby I put on 25kg (sorry I'm aussie I think its around 55 pounds), with my second I put on 18kg (39pounds) and with my third my weight was up and down but I only put on 9kg (19pounds) through the whole pregnancy. With my third I found out at 32wks that I had gestational diabetes, the dr said that contributed to my weight jumping up and down due to the diet they put me on. Changing you eating habits could certainly cause weight loss but if you're concerned I would see your dr.
