I understand today was a bad day of braxton hicks but no real labor. Not to mention the heartburn and just being all the way uncomfortable. I have had my kids rubbing my ankles all day.

You guys can get Nexium for your heartburn, I swear it's a miracle pill!! I've had heartburn practically since I concieved! lol I was totally against taking anything but when I hit 35 weeks my heartburn got so bad I was throwing up. Hope it helps.

lol guess the caster oill didn't work out too well for you!! my aunt told me she induced her labor with caster oil with the help of her sister who is a nurse.. she mixed 2 tablespoons with orange juice and drank it before bed and did the same thing when she woke up the next morning and was in the hospital in labor within 5 hrs.. im kinda scared to do that though cause if it doesn't work then im just stuck with the poops! lol! and i don't think my hemiroids can handle all that! and that sucks too!! i wake up everyday with something new to bitch about, i don't think my bf is enjoying these last couple weeks either with how much i complain!! lol!! i go to the doctor on wednesday.. when i was there last week he told me she's already 7lbs and if i go to my due date he's expecting she'll be well over 8 lbs!!! and i was dialated to a 1 1/2 2 weeks ago!! also i never got my 3 hr glucose test done and my sugar was through the roof on the first one and the doctor is afraid i have gest. diabetes.. so im hopin with all the stuff he's told me the last couple weeks it won't be to hard to convience him to induce me! i told my bf this morning im going to straight up tell the doctor.. either you induce me yourself or i will find a way at home! lol!! maybe since i haven't been so horny during my pregnancy and i've had sex more in the last 2 days than i think i have throughout my entire pregnancy that that will induce me!! lol!! i don't like spicy foods.. everyone keeps tellin me to try that, but thats not happening! and Dana i feel your pain with the syatic nerve thing.. the baby did it to me for a couple weeks.. it finally went away sometime last week but then my hips started hurting so bad it hurts to walk, sit, stand, or lay down!! im hopin thats a sign.. lol!! well good luck to all your ladies and be sure to let me know when it happens for you!!

Tht's a good idea! the mental breakdown thing!! y didn't i think of that!!! i'm schulded 4 a c-section on the 30th, but i'm ready now. The baby is on my syatic nerve so i'm not allowed to do anything. so i've just been sitting around and laying around. But like every1 was saying, it's hard 2 sleep, sit, stand, walk, or even get comfortable doing anything!!! I can beat u all in the uncomfortable catagory cause ontop of all that i'm living with my mother-in-law!!! lol!!! anyway, i wish all u ladies luck and hope ur children come out ASAP!!! We'll all just keeping venting on here and hopefully time will go by quicker!

Okay, so I tried the castor oil and had no luck at all. It cleaned me out and my butt burned for a minute! I have never had a hemroid issue and hopefully never will, but I suggest if you try this and you do....be warned. So, still waiting very impaitiently. Having sex has not been an issue with us, as I am a horny prego!! LOL..but I suggest going in from the back, it's the only comfortable way for me and the hugeness doesn't get in the way!! But, if you're dialating, they may induce you based upon the fact that you are full term and very uncomfortable. I would also tweak up the issue a bit more with your doc. Tell him/her that you can barely function and are about to have a mental breakdown from lack of sleep and constant pain in your back....but you'll go soon anyhow!!

I am due on Tuesday and can't wait for labor to start I'm so tired of being pregnant I am having trouble sleeping bc I can't get comfortable I have not stopped having sex and to be frank I think I'm driving him up a wall lol I walk everyday I went to the doctor on Monday and he said I'm 50 percent effaced and dilated to a 1 and now I just want to get this started so I can hold my baby girl!

whew.....i'm 38 weeks and i tried some nipple stim all day yesterday...haven't stopped having sex and now i'm trying some castor oil!!! i took some last night, about one tablespoon, and nothing happened. I woke up this morning, walked around a bit, and had to go...but it was just easier coming out. Those vitamins bind you up, and maybe all the cheese I eat. So, I thought I'd give it another shot and took 2 tablespoons. I'll let you know the outcome. But, I am 3 ans one half cent. and been having contractions that are regular, just decide to stop at night. Also, if you're considering this, drink lots of water and chug the castor oil down straight. It tastes like what crayons smell like, if that makes any sense at all. I also ate a big breakfast. But I'm with you mama, uncomfortable, heartburn and eager to meet #2!!! Best wishes! Crystal
