I had that happen alot they need to test your iron or ur blood sugar level(even if ur not a diabetic). when i was pregnant i found out i was severely anemic. takin iron & making sure i ate fruit helped me alot.

yeah it could also be a problem with blood sugar. if you're drinking lots of tea (sorry i'm from the south lol) or cokes and stuff then your body could be dropping blood sugar very quickly. My OB suggested I eat fruit and drink water... the natural sugars in the fruit are better for you blood sugar wise than the sugars in all the other things!! =]

are you eating well taking your prenatals and drinking extra water? because if you are not doing one of those things it could happen from a deficiency in hydration or vitamin and minerals. I would also tell your doctor it could be a blood pressure problem

Yup i was told its either my blood pressue (too low) or my blood sugar. I usually eat some chips and a drink a soda and then im good.

I'm four months as well and I feel the same way. I have my ultrasound next Friday and I plan on letting my Dr know as well. In the meantime drink your OJ and get plenty of rest

I had the same thing with this pregnancy. I am also about 4 months! I mentioned it to my doctor, so they did and iron count, and it was low. And I have REALLY low blood pressure, which isn't a bad thing but it can make you dizzy. He perscribed an Iron pill for me to take, and it didn't help until I started making sure my Vitamin C intake was higher. It's better, I don't feel dizzy as often, but it didn't completely go away yet! I'm also trying to get more iron from foods, the iron pills can't always be absorbed by your body. Ask at your next appointment!! Good luck!

Yes this is normal for pregnancy tell your midwife next time you see her though and she can check just to be on the safe side. On all four of my pregnancies Ive had bouts of tiredness and the fainting thing on my first two i had to sit on a stool to wash the dishes because if i stood still for too long i would start feeling faint and have to go lie down.

you are prob anemic. Try to eat more protien and drink more water. Also try taking you vit. with orange juice, it will help you absorb more of the vit. Really though u should call ur ob/mw and let them know, they can test your hemoglobin and get you an iron pill if needed
