Stomach pain?

I've been noticing the last few days, I keep waking up on my back. Every time I wake up like that, I have sharp pains in my stomach. After I get up and walk around for a little bit, it goes away and everything is fine. I know sleeping on your back isn't good, hence why I fall asleep on my side and if I wake up and I'm on my back, I quickly change positions.

Could waking up on my back be causing the pains?

the baby will soon push on your spin and that can cause pain to ur back but layn on your back can cause blood flow to eather not get to ur heart or lower body parts and even the baby... i suggest sleeping on your side with a body pellow behind your body it will prevent rolling on ur back

I doubt it - I'd be thinking the sharp pains are wind/gas pains.
Wedge a pillow behind you as well - when you are sleeping on your side - that way you can safely relax backwards (even though you're on an angle) and you aren't limited to sleeping directly on your side.
