I am frustrated with my counselor and doctor , I went to my counselor for depression talk therapy isn't helping she told me she doesn't prescribe medication and that I should see my primary care doctor which I went to and she told me since I was pregnant and have a lot of drug allergies that I need to see a psychiatrist who can help find the right medication to help with depression so I called my mental health provider and talked to the intake lady she was very unhelpful so I called customer service and they told me call back and ask to talk to a supervisor which I did well he wasn't in so I left a message I am really frustrated that this is taking so long
