Im taking folic acid, materna, and dyclectin they all consist vitamin b6 am i getting too much b6 now???

Yes you can OD on the B6 - just take ONE prenatal all around vitamin instead of dosing yourself with multiples. Having extra of a vitamin or not the right balance can actually do harm.

If you are past your 1st trimester and IF the materna has more than 4-500 IU of folic in it you probably dont' need that anymore, it's most important as they babies spinal cord is closing in those first weeks. But ask your doctor or dietitian FIRST! I beleive B6 is one of the water soluble vitamins which means if you get too much it will just flush out of your body (via your urine :P) So nothing to worry over :)

Why not just take a plain old pre-natel vitamin with the dha?
