my pregnancy was a bit of a surprise because i was told i only had a 2% chance of ever getting pregnant. we knew we wanted a baby, but we weren't trying or using protection... just let nature take its course, i'm 23 and he's 26 so we are pretty much ready now :) I'm now 16 weeks and i'm due august 26th...

hello Kristal my name is Serene and neither one of my pregnancies were planned. I was 30 when I ended up pregnant with my son that is now 20 months. I was excited and was so happy, that I cried. but, when I found out I was pregnant with this one I was devastated I didn't want to have it, I thought this was a mistake. But, the further I came along I got happier and now i'm excited about having a little girl on June 13th. I got my girl and my boy. :-) What more can I ask for. Congratulations!!!

First off congratulations! My pregnancy was a surprise to my fiance and I. We were getting ready to move from Pennsylvania to South Carolina and the week before we did I was feeling sick, but we didn't think anything of it. Well we made it to SC and we were living with my cousin down there until we got jobs and found a place. Well we were down there 2 weeks and I was late and we took 3 at home tests and one at a free place down there and they were all positive. We were very excited, but I didn't want to tell my parents. Once we got that part out of the way we moved back to PA. Our little girl is due April 20th. Everyone is so excited now.

Neither this (due in october) or my first (3 year old) were planned. I was 23 with my first, and am now almost 27. My daughter's father's a real looser, but i was with him for 6 years. We broke up before i found out i was pregnant. So i've pretty much been in my own with her. Now I've been with this new guy since november and i'm 8 weeks along. Children don't wait till we're ready. they just happen. There's never a perfect time when everything's perfect and you're officially ready. It doesn't matter if it was planned, if you have money, or even if you're old enough. It's really going to depend on weather or not you have the right instincts to be a mom. If you do, you're mom of the year.

Congrats! My pregnancy wasnt planned either.. I am also 21 and this is my first. She will be 1 month old this upcoming sunday! I am extremely blessed to have her in my life! boy or girl?

Well we got married on Nov, 1 st 2008 and I told my hubby I didn't want to get pregnant on our honeymoon, I wanted to wait at least a year so that we could get to know each other as a married couple. Well he went to a NASCAR race on our 1 year anniversary and couldn't wait to get back to me so he drove all night and well, it was exactly 1 year from our wedding date that we conceived. I don't know if you would call that planned but it just so happen to work that way lol.

My first pregnancy was planned. Although, we didn't expect to get pregnant so fast. Then we decided 10 yrs later that we wanted #2, and figured that one would happen just as fast. Well, we were wrong, I had actually given up hope that it would happen, and got pregnant!! I am now 8 weeks pregnant and sooooo excited. I am now 30 yrs old and am sooo glad that we waited to have this one.

i am 24 almost 25 weeks and i am 20 years old. our baby was unplained. i was on nuva ring when i got pregnant. i was 9 weeks before i took a pregnancy test. i had no clue i coludhave been pregnant. lol but my little boy is such a blessing :) and im very greatful both my parents and my boyfriends parents are super suportive! everyone is so excited!!! :)

As I posted in New First Time Moms We were not planning to try and start our family until after my husband finished school (another year or so left.) I had just turned 30 but am working as a substitute teacher so my hours vary & my husband works at a warehouse. He just turned 27. We have been married 2 years now but have been together almost 9 years. We live in a little 2 bedroom apartment with my sis-in-law and just sign a new year lease right BEFORE we figure out I was pregnant. I am 22 weeks along now and we have come to grips with being parents and are excited. We wanted a family but not so soon. But we will make it work! :-)

MY pregnancy was planned but yet I was pretty shocked. My fiancee first started trying early March and was pregnant by the end of the month..that resulted in a miscarriage. So after surgery and waiting for levels to drop and everything we were able to try again the middle of July...I figured ok we can start trying what are the odds it will happen that fast again since there are many couples out there that try for YEARS with no success. Well by the end of July early August I was pregnant again! Now I am 31 weeks pregnant with a boy! We are very excited but when it first happened (the 2nd time) I was very nervous I was going to have a miscarriage again! I'm still nervous, I will pry feel this way till my son is in my arms!

My pregnancy was kind of planned but we werent exactly trying. We just figured it would happen when it was supposed to so after my husband and I got married we stopped taking precautions. That was almost 3 years ago and now I am 25 weeks pregnant with a little boy and iI couldnt be happier. I always knew I'd be a mother and now I feel more complete knowing my little one is almost here

My pregnancy was not planned at all. I am 33 and never even had a pregnancy scare before and then I could have sworn that for 3 weeks I was going to start my period, I was crampy and I just thought that I was going by the wrong date or something. Then my sister told me that I should get a test and I was immediately scared, but still in denial. The father of my baby and I moved in together six weeks earlier from the day I peed on the stick and watched the line appear as if it was laughing at me, it was that quick. I was scared to death. I had never planned on having any children and was pretty happy with my life the way it was. I can't say that I didn't think about it once in a while what life would be like if I never had children, but I definitely wasn't planning anything. I actually had some absurd idea that maybe I couldn't get pregnant mainly because I had never even had a slight scare before. My BF came home and I just handed him the test and went to bed and slept. The next day for sure that the test was wrong I took another one and it just laughed at me again :). Nothing really changed except I stopped smoking immediately, stopped drinking anything including caffeine and went into some form of mommy mode even though I never felt pregnant until just recently, no morning sickness, nothing. My belly growing is the only thing that is letting me know that I really am at this point oh and the cutest little ultrasound pictures. Today I got to hear my baby's heartbeat for the first time and in 3 weeks I found out what it is, fingers crossed, hoping for a boy... I am due July 22nd.

lol mine wasn't planned. or should i say ours.... im 27. this is number 1. im 9 weeks pregnant. due on 27 september. me and my partner fought for 2 days... and now......... we are as happy as ever..... my parents are wrapped with the fact they are going to be granparents and have even started buying little bits and pieces.... his parents....... lets not go there just yet. lol

I am 23 and my pregnancy was not planned. My husband and I had actually just gotten married last June. We found out in September and I'm due May 19. We wanted to simply be married for a couple of years before we started trying to have kids. My pregnancy was a total surprise so I was pretty shocked when I discovered. I was excited, overwhelmed, and a bit scared. My husband and parents on both sides were really excited and that helped make it really easy to accept. I cried a lot and, for a short while, I wasn't really sure if I wanted to keep my baby or give my baby up for adoption (abortion was and would never be an option). Now I'm simply excited about this new life inside me a little overwhelmed at the thought of the responsibility of having a little one to care for 24-7.

I'm 21 and pregnant with my 2nd child. I told myself that I was never having another kid but about 3 months after I met Chris, I found out I was pregnant again. I was sort of depressed about it for about 2 months but I realized that this was happening because I don't believe in abortion. I am 7 months and 3 weeks along now and can't wait til my little man gets here. I love to lay and watch him roll around and the hiccups make me laugh.

I was 20 when I had my first son- that was 6 years ago. It was completely unplanned, but we are doing well now. I finished college and we both have good jobs. And we are expecting our 2nd son. He was not planned either, but everything has worked out just fine. Just something positive to think about.... Everything will work out in God's time and don't let other people make you feel uncomfortable about your baby!

My pregnancy was somewhat planned. My husband and I had been dating for awhile and one day he asked if he could...ya know inside lol. I was like um.....sure. Then he said maybe I'd get pregnant, that he wanted to have a baby. I agreed to go for it and knew I was ovulating sometime between then and the next few days. I honestly never expected to get pregnant. I had been married before and tried for 2 years and was finally told I had a 20% chance of ever conceiving. Well, that was wrong! Our daughter was conceived within 3 days of him asking me that! But neither of us were watching for pregnancy signs as there was alot of stressful things going on. I had an ear infection and fever for almost 4 weeks and went to the doctor and they looked at me funny when I told them the date of my last period. I looked at my mom and asked her what the date was(yes, our life was that hectic at the time) but I still didn't expect them to say the test was postitive. I walked back out to the waiting room to tell my hubby and the look on his face was priceless!!!! He started grinning like a fool and immediately called his dad to tell him he was gonna be a grandpa lol. After the appt we went to the bookstore and he bought 5 baby books, mommy ones and daddy ones. We got engaged a month later and just got offically married January 3, 2010. We couldn't be happier other than I'm on bedrest due to low amniotic fluid expecting a premature baby girl. We are both 24, I turn 25 a little over a month after my due date =)

My first pregnancy was not planned either ... i 18 when i found out i was pregnant and was going to college at the time. When i first took the test (first one i had ever had to take) and it gave me the positive all i could do was cry. Then i got in my car and drove for half an hour until i reached my sisters place and told her what i had just found out, the same thing happened to her when she was 19. She was so excited it was ridiculous lol, anyways we got another test and took it and it again said positive. So i called my mum and asked her if she would come to the walk-in clinic with me because i thought i was pregnant. I seriously cried for what seemed like about a week, my parents were very supportive and so was my finance (he proposed a few days before i found out i was pregnant). After the initial shock was over and i knew everything was going to be ok, i was good with the whole situation and actually became excited.

Now i am 23, been married for just over 2 years and our son is about to turn 4 in a week. Couldnt be happier. When we got married we decided we wanted to try for baby number 2, its took us just over 2 years to concevie and now we are very pleased to be having our second child wich is due May 5th ...... things have worked out great for me and i would not of wanted it any other way. It is so great to hear how so many unplanned pregnancies have turned out great .... ya us!!

My husband and i weren't really trying, but we wanted a baby and we're open to getting pregnant. I told my husband, "wouldn't it be funny if we got pregnant the first time we have sex without preventing it?" lo and behold, we did! lol. we were prepared for it to happen, but never really thought it would happen so quickly. We're really excited. its our first. I'm about 12 weeks now, when i graduate college i'll be about 6 months and till then i'm living on my own b/c my husband has a job which requires him to be 3hours away. can't wait till may so i can be taken care of. lol. baby is due Sept 5th.

My first pregnancy was not planned, I had our son when I was 21 =) But we both want children so we were more than thrilled when we found out! Once we started we decided we wanted them appx 2-4years apart, and are expecting our 2nd on May2nd this year =) We PLANNED for it to happen a few months later than it happened, but a few months early is nothing to complain about!

no my pregnancy was not planned i was 21 when i concieved. I am 22 now and found out after i had missed my period 2 months in a row ...the first month i blamed my stressful situation...the second month i was like ok i should get a test just incase its not the stress making me miss.

we were shocked cause i had only been dating the father of the child for a short time before it happened. but we are still together because of each other not because we felt we had to cause of the child. i am due in a week and we were shocked and scared at first but now both of us are excited. we will have been together for a year this April ^^

I'm 18 and my boyfriend is 22 my pregnancy was not planned due to i was told i would never have my own children sense i was 13 I was greatful when i found out but scared at the same time yet i new everything it was going to come with and was looking forward to every minute I look at my belly now and cry because I know im a mom I think it was my mind over matter because I thought it would be something i could never experience for myself I'm now 32 weeks and was told i could end u delievering in 2 weeks but im thankful reguardless

My first pregnancy wasn't planned. I got married and my insurance screwed up so i didn't get the pill for 6 weeks and in that time i got pregnant. We knew we were taking a chance though so after the first shock we were really happy. My son just turned 4 21 days ago and i love him so much, i could never imagine my life without him. I was 20 when i got pregnant and had him 3 months after my 21st birthday.
My daughter then was planned. I had her with 23 and i'm now pregnant with our 3rd (I'm 25 now) and last child. Initially we wanted to wait until we were married for 5 years but since it happened sooner and we wanted to have our kids close in age, we decided to just go ahead and have them. Thankfully my hubby has a great job with future and we're financially stable.

My family was happy for us when we first found out, just my Grandma wasn't. She thought i should abort and concentrate on my career first. BUT i'm only 25 and i can still have a career. In fact, i'm going back to College pretty soon. I'm gonna take it slow though with online courses and clep tests at first. We'll see how it works out.

My husband and I had talked about getting pregnant, but we were going to "try" for a baby after we were married and had started planning a wedding for this May. We were not doing anything to not get pregnant so it wasn't too big of a surprise when we found out, but it was still a little shock! We had an arguement one night and said some very mean and nasty things to each other and he told me he was going to his brothers for awhile, and I told him that if he left he was never going to see his child! He stopped at the door and just stared at me with his mouth hanging open!! (It was not very nice to say, but it was funny to see) I told him that I wasn't 100% sure but that I thought I was, we went to the store and bought a test and there was no mistaking those 2 lines!! We post-poned the wedding until next year, cause our little bundle of joy is going to be here in April.



We are now very excited and cant wait to see our daughter.

My pregnancy wasn't planned, but didn't come as a huge shock either. I knew I would probably get pregnant and knew as soon as I woke up throwing up at 7am that morning. I'm 19 and have been with my fiance for two years. It probably wasn't the best choice in the world to keep taking my birth control pills after I dropped just one down the sink, but I don't regret it....I am very excited about having our baby girl in March. (:

omg I was told I can't have kids after years of doing IVF...Met my bf and was dating about three months and ooopps pregnant!!! I made the doctor do 5 blood tests and then almost fainted I was so upset.. I had adopted and was happy with my family and didn't want anymore. now my children will be 16yrs apart. (adopted a older girl) due in july and finally just getting use to the idea now. bf is beside himself happy and his family too. Mine is concerned for health ( all healthy:) so far)

When I got pregnant with my daughter 10 years ago she was not planned I was 17 turning 18, I was scared at first but then grew into loving it. I am now pregnant with baby #2 this one was kinda planned but also kinda unplanned. We were talking about having another one and it just happend a few months eailer than we wanted it to. But we use the line things happen for a reason.

For my first pregnancy it was planned we had a set of b/g twins. For my current pregnancy it wasn't. I was on the pill when we conceived so it was a bit of a shock, but we couldn't be happier now.

mine was also not planned. I'm 23, husband is 25and we had been engaged since last year. We were supposed to be married on July 17th this year. Well....we found out that I was expecting and that our little baby boy was due June 10th so we had to move up the date. I've been with my new husband since 2005 and we had wanted children around this time, but were hoping to be married before trying. It was still a very happy surprise and everyone can't wait to see little Gabriel :D

My first pregnancy was unplanned...so i totally know where you are coming from. It took my hubby and I a long time to accept the "miracle" that was happening to us. My son was a wonderful gift! When we discovered that my youngest sister was pregnant last year, we decided to stop the bc and start trying for # 2. I was still breastfeeding, and had been on bc for almost two years, so, we assumed it would take a minute for me to get pregnant again...but TWO WEEKS later I got a very faint positive result on a pg test. So...even though we were "planning on it", we never dreamed it would happen so quickly. Monday (as in the day after tomorrow) I will be having #2 (we don't know what this one is). He or she will be two years and two weeks younger than our son!

my pregnancy wasnt planned im 22 and my bf's 21 and i am 31wks tomorrow due the 25th april my parents werent very happy that i was pregnant as this is my 2nd pregnancy and i misscarried my lil girl at 16wks on the 16th march 09. the reason they werent so happy is because i was so close to dying when i did lose her i had 2 spend 3days in hospital and have 4blood transfusions as i lost almost all my blood. but now that i am further along everyone is getting really excited especially me as i cant wait 2 hold my baby girl alana julia-iris pidgeon.

My pregnancy wasn't planned, I'm also 21 and I am 30 weeks pregnant today and due may 1st. My boyfriend and I have been together for 6 and a half years and we knew that we wanted to start trying in a couple years, we had hoped to be married and a little more secure financially but we do fine now and plan on getting married after the baby. We were excited when I suspected I might be pregnant so it was a happy surprise when we found out that I was, my family was a little shocked at first but everyone is really excited now (even my grandmother). Even though it's not the best timing in the world we couldn't be more pleased!

My pregnancy was not planned either and I am 22. It was a total surprise! My husband and I just got married in August and by the end of November I found out I was pregnant!!! I am due July 21 and I am 18 weeks. I was really freaked out because I had just started a new job, but things seem to be going well so far. Also telling the parents was daunting because my husband is still in college and finances aren't the best sooooo a little bit of ummmm you should have been more careful on that end. Now we are all just really excited for the baby!! :-) First grandchild/niece/nephew on both sides so I think it will be quite spoiled!
