Im 39weeks and 4days and today i have had a head ache i cant get rid of and really bad heart burn (hurts) and i have a belly ache pain that feels like the kinda pain you get the day before you come unwell, its really uncomfy and is making me feel sick, Any ideas x

A prolonged headache can mean high blood pressure. Speak to a midwife if it has not gone within an hour or so. It sounds to me that your body is preparing for labour.
